The Lake Club has added Janice Cowden and Chantal Kottmeyer as Information Center New Home Specialists.
New Home Specialists are tasked with educating guests about current lot availability, preferred builders, and the many amenities at The Lake Club.
Kottmeyer joins The Lake Club after serving as a Residential Real Estate Associate within the Lakewood Ranch area for Coldwell Banker.
While Cowden’s primary career was in nursing, she obtained her Florida real estate license in 2010, and in 2018 began working as a part-time hostess for AR Homes.
The Lake Club continues to add more residences and amenities having recently opened a new enclave, Genoa, after releasing Lake View Estates within the last 12 months. Guests are invited to visit The Lake Club Information Center for more information.
