March 11, 2021 – For the second year in a row, The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch was honored with Best Community, as well as Best Entranceway and Best Amenities, from the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association in their 2021 Parade of Homes. Preferred builders and subcontractors in The Lake Club were honored with an additional 21 awards.
In the single-family home categories, awards recognized the following builders and masterful residences:
· Stock’s Muirfield IX for Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Floor Plan, Best Architectural Detail, and Best Overall in Category 20. Their Madison II also won Best Architectural Detail in Category 18, the Cambria III for Best Curb Appeal and Best Architectural Detail in Category 16, and the Clairborne II for Best Floor Plan in Category 23.
· John Cannon Homes’ Korina for Best Floor Plan and Best Master Suite in Category 26.
· Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ Milan II for Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Floor Plan, Best Architectural Detail, and Best Overall in Category 25.
In the landscape categories, Trent Culleny Landscape Contractor won two awards for their work on Stock’s Mayfield III and John Cannon Homes’ Korina, while ArtisTree won an award for their work on Arthur Rutenberg Homes’ Milan II.
The Parade of Homes is still happening now through March 14. Homes are available for viewing daily, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
