Michael Saunders & Company Transitions Rental Services to Gulf Coast Property Management

Michael Saunders & Company announces today a transition of its rental leasing and management services to locally-owned and operated Gulf Coast Property Management. Michael Saunders & Company will continue offering the specialized services at IMG Academy and its two Longboat Key timeshares, Veranda Beach Club and White Sands of Longboat Key. Prompted by the leading brokerage’s aim to focus on its residential, commercial and new homes divisions, the two entities will work together throughout the month of February on a seamless transition for its current customers and team members.
   
    “When Michael Saunders & Company returned to the rental business in 2011, it was to address the needs of a recovering marketplace,” said Michael Saunders, Founder and CEO of Michael Saunders & Company. “We know specialization and focus matter today and will be all the more important in the future. For that reason, we have determined it is now time to turn our lens and transition our rental operations to a company dedicated solely to leasing and property management.”
   
    Gulf Coast Property Management has been operating throughout the Manatee and Sarasota counties since 2003. In focusing on this sector exclusively, the company has developed local expertise, helping thousands of owners navigate the complex rental property market. Its full-service and comprehensive packages include marketing, rent collection, inspections and everything in between.

    In its eight years under Michael Saunders & Company, the rental division has grown its seasonal and rental inventory to 360 properties, responding to nearly 5,000 calls every month from current and prospective customers. Gulf Coast Property Management will now have the scale needed in the rental arena with 1,000 rental properties in their portfolio.
