Richard always had an affinity for building and a love for great design and architecture. The first home he built in Sarasota was resold for a record price, and he has built as many as four houses for one client. Perrone Construction offers a high level of support from advising on suitable lots to assembling a team to compliment what the client needs. “We are truly fine custom home builders,” he says. “Over the years, we’ve honed what we do, but it basically is a single formula. Take your responsibilities seriously, do what you say you will and success will follow.” Ricky grew up visiting job sites with his father and began working summers doing a variety of jobs from framer to trim carpenter and later as project manager and superintendent. He now works closely with clients through the preconstruction phase to help bring their vision to fruition. “We have a team of professionals who enjoy what they do and systems in place that make clients feel comfortable even if they are out of town,” Ricky says. “I like to enjoy the process with our clients and make it fun for them.”
