Elise Ramer Earns Certified Public Relations Counselor Credential

The Florida Public Relations Association’s Central West Coast Chapter is pleased to announce that Elise Ramer, APR has earned her Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC) credential.
Elise Ramer, MBA, APR, CPRC, is the Senior Director of Public Relations for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and oversees public relations efforts for the company’s 40 offices and 1,400 associates throughout Florida and North Carolina. Ramer’s public relations career spans almost 20 years and her scope of experience includes commercial construction, consumer electronics, food and beverage, home services, luxury brands, residential and commercial real estate. Her real estate clients have been featured on the front cover of Wall Street Journal’s Mansion section and featured regularly in Forbes, Southern Living, NBC News, ABC News, and hundreds of other print and television outlets locally, nationally, and internationally. She holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing from Florida State University and a master’s in business administration from Webster University. Also, she earned her accreditation in public relations (APR) in 2019.
Ramer has been an FPRA member since 2008. She is a past president of the Central West Coast chapter and served five consecutive terms as the chapter’s Director of Image Awards. She has led many award-winning public relations campaigns and said she enjoys sharing her expertise on the image awards process with others. She has been awarded the Grand All Image Award in 2015 and has won three additional Golden Image awards at FPRA annual conferences since. Ramer was elected to the FPRA Executive Committee as the Vice President of Golden Image for 2020- 2021.
As a Certified Public Relations Counselor, Ramer joins 120 other members of the Florida Public Relations Association. The CRPC credential was first developed in the 1960s by FPRA to recognize more seasoned professionals and provide a way to showcase their ability to counsel clients in any type of industry and situation. The examination process to earn the CPRC credential is designed to be rigorous to ensure counselors can handle a variety of public relations practices while demonstrating the highest degree of ethics and processes.
