Berlin Patten Ebling Announces Four New Partners

Gulf Coast law firm Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC is pleased to announce the firm has named four new partners. Natasha Selvaraj, Rachel Drude-Tomori, Daniel Guarnieri, and Andrew Conaboy have been named partners, effective January 1, 2022.

Natasha Selvaraj focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, condominium development, and developer representation. In addition, Selvaraj manages the firm’s Lakewood Ranch office.

Rachel Drude-Tomori leads Berlin Patten Ebling’s probate and trust administration practice from the firm’s St. Petersburg office. Drude-Tomori’s focus is on Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law, including will contests and Florida’s elective share laws.

Andrew Conaboy is the partner managing the firm’s office located in Venice. Conaboy’s practice is focused mainly on residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Dan Guarnieri manages Berlin Patten Ebling’s Sarasota litigation group. Guarnieri’s practice includes residential and commercial litigation, corporate matters, and maritime litigation.
