Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation has reelected Stephanie Jones and Ben Hanan to its Board of Directors. Each will serve a three-year term on the Barancik Foundation Board.
Jones, a corporate recruiting and human resource executive, serves as Director, Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition at global professional services firm Kroll. She is also a trustee of the Hermitage Artist Retreat in Englewood. Jones began her first three-year term on the Barancik Foundation Board in 2021.
Hanan is a partner at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, where he practices business and estate planning. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has served as board chair of All Faiths Food Bank, Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County, Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, and Gulf Coast Community Foundation. This will be his first full term on the Barancik Foundation Board.
Barancik Foundation also elected the following individuals as corporate officers for a one-year term: Rebecca H. Barancik, Board Chair; Hosana Fieber, Vice Chair; Teri A Hansen, President; Ev Bosque, Treasurer; and Jessica Polk, Secretary.
