Williams Parker Continues Growth with Addition of Kimbrell J. Hines and Three Others

Williams Parker is pleased to announce Kimbrell J. Hines has joined the firm as a law clerk focusing in the area of labor and employment law. Ms. Hines graduated from University of Florida College of Law and her admission to the Florida Bar is currently pending. She holds a Master of Science from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida. Her background in HR brings a unique perspective to the law firm’s labor and employment team. 

Ms. Hines supports the firm in its representation of employers regarding a wide range of matters such as employment policies, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour. She has experience researching and assisting with civil litigation matters in arbitrations, state court, and federal court. 

The firm is also pleased to announce it will be adding three new associates from its 2020 Summer Associate Program. Law students Adrienne Phillips and Hayleigh Sawyer are expected to join the firm in late summer 2021 after completing the Florida Bar exam, and Jesse Hubers will join the firm after completing his LLM program and the Florida Bar exam in February 2022.

Ms. Phillips attends Emory University School of Law and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Towson University. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University. Ms. Sawyer attends Boston University School of Law and earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and International Affairs, magna cum laude, as well as a Political Science Research Intensive Bachelor Certificate and an Emergency Management and Homeland Security Certificate from Florida State University. Mr. Hubers attends the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, and a Trust Certificate from Campbell University, Lundy Fetterman School of Business. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant.

The firm also recently expanded its Trust & Estate Litigation practice with the addition of George Parpas, a civil trial attorney from New York with a focus on probate and trust litigation and business litigation, and a litigation paralegal.
