Attorney Morgan R. Bentley, a partner of the Sarasota-based law firm Bentley & Bruning P.A., and Jennifer L. Grosso have once again been named to Florida Trend magazine’s prestigious Legal Elite list. Those named to the Legal Elite list are selected by their peers who are invited to name attorneys for whom they have the highest regard or whom they would recommend to others.
Bentley, who is board certified in business litigation by the Florida Bar, is also a Florida Super Lawyer and a Best Lawyers of America, as well as a past president of the Sarasota County Bar Association, a past chair of the State of Florida Commission on Ethics, a past chair of Legal Aid of Manasota, and a past chair of the Twelfth Judicial Grievance Committee. Bentley concentrates his practice on litigation involving business and real estate disputes.
Grosso has previously been recognized as a Legal Elite Up and Comer by Florida Trend magazine, and was named a 2020 Florida Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine. Grosso concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and trust disputes, medical negligence defense, and general business disputes.
