The Players Centre Fundraiser

Producer Knock Out Marketing & PR and The Players Centre for Performing Arts presents, “LAUGHTER at THE PLAYERS™!” A clean comedy experience on April 1, 2023. The event will have two show times, 5 PM & 8 PM and features a spectacular lineup of three, nationally-touring comedians at each show: Steve Burr, Leslie Norris Townsend and Happy Cole.

This is a fundraising event for The Players Centre for Performing Arts, 501(c)(3), and, takes place in their wonderful community theatre inside the Siesta Key Mall. 

Each guest will receive an AMAZING GIFTS bag with gift cards from local businesses, valued at $2000+!

The show Producer, Knock Out Marketing & PR’s Owner, Katie Smith, shares, “It’s no joke! This April first fundraiser takes place on April Fools’ Day and we’re going to have a ton of fun! We are pleased to fly in amazing talent for these shows to help our community connect and laugh together. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for The Players Centre for Performing Arts is Sarasota’s original theatre and is an important part in the fabric of Sarasota. We are excited to help this non-profit continue its legacy and important mission.”

Ticket prices range from $55 to $85, and the show style encompasses three hilarious comedians back-to-back, creating non-stop laughter. 

Guests are encouraged to come early and socialize with friends as doors open 45 minutes before each show time. Beer and wine will be available for cash and credit cards. Complimentary light appetizers will be served as well!

Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a meet-and-greet with the comedians after each show.
