The Lake Club, Lakewood Ranch’s most prestigious community, welcomed the public and prospective homeowners to experience the masterfully designed residences and elegant amenities of its luxury enclaves during the 22nd annual Tour of Homes. The Tour received the same success that The Lake Club has seen throughout 2019 – since the beginning of the year, sales have surged, with close to 85 end user and builder home and lot sales totaling approximately $60 million so far.
The month-long model and event showcase garnered huge crowds and featured signature events and sixteen exquisite models from October 18 to November 17. Nearly 2,000 attendees explored the resplendent model and move-in ready homes, each meticulously built by the region’s renowned luxury homebuilders, including Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes, and Stock Signature Homes.
Each weekend, guests also experienced a taste of the amenity-rich lifestyle Lake Club residents enjoy. Visitors indulged in delectable delicacies, including chocolate, flavorful Italian cuisine, and remarkable wine and cheese pairings. Held on the showcase’s opening weekend, the Meet the Designers event allowed attendees to meet with leading designers and The Lake Club’s preferred builders to glean insight into interior décor styles and trends, and the models themselves.
Visitors also enjoyed an exclusive opportunity to explore the regal 20,000-square-foot Grande Clubhouse, the private gathering place for residents to host events and indulge in entertainment, dining, and sporting activities, among the many other amenities signature to The Lake Club lifestyle.
