Marie Selby Botanical Gardens (Selby Gardens) is pleased to announce that Lights in Bloom is a winner in the 2019 USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice travel award contest for Best Botanical Garden Holiday Lights. Today, USA TODAY announced that Selby Gardens’ Lights in Bloom made the top ten list at 9th place out of a field 20 nominees from around the country. Lights in Bloom was selected as a nominee in November by an expert panel and the public voted for this honor.
“We couldn’t be more excited and proud,” says Jennifer Rominiecki, president and CEO of Selby Gardens. “To be selected and recognized as one of the best holiday light shows in the nation is a true honor. I must thank our partner Affairs in the Air for transforming the Gardens into this truly spectacular event and to those who voted for us in this competition.”

Lights in Bloom is on view select nights beginning December 14 through January 4, 2020. Tickets are $20 for Selby Gardens’ members and $25 for others. Advance ticket purchases are strongly recommended. Tickets can be purchased at www.selby.org. Space is limited nightly and those with pre-purchased tickets will enter the Gardens first.
