Ginny Wyatt’s daughters love taking photos. Susan, a student at University of Florida, captured younger sister Maggie wearing flowers.  Maggie, a senior at Riverview High School, returned the favor by snapping older sister Susan wearing plaid pants.

Before the pandemic, Bill Mills captured this shot at a charity fundraiser run by “A Life Story Foundation” to find a cure for ALS. The event was held at the Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch with the theme of Pirates of the “Cureabbean.” Here, three costumed mermaids wave from the balcony to the audience below.

Playwright Beverly Coyle wrote a performance piece for students of the theater department at Seminole State College—outfitted here in matching “Show of Force” T’s. Beverly says, “The photo is hardly a traditional fashion statement, but one can see the post-production joy and pride that we all felt due to their spirit, hard work and amazing talent.”

Shavonne Simon shared these photos of Stephanie Bryant and Janet Taylor attending the Truly Valued Inc 4th Annual Taste of New Orleans Benefit.

A blast from the past: Dr. Lisa Merritt played fashionista at the Designing Women’s Boutique to raise money for their scholarship fund.

Barbara Gardner heads out to an event at Bird Key Yacht Club.

Chuck Sidlow puts on his best threads— á la Liberace—for the World of Chucko.

Patti Clark had been unsure what to do with a large batch of masks she had been given. Then she asked herself this question: “If Dolly Parton can have a coat of many colors, why can’t I have a dress with many masks?”

Coral and Michael Pleas were all smiles as they attended a fundraiser at UTC.

Terri and Michael Klauber were thrilled to attend their first gala in 2 years as honorary chairs for the Easterseals 75th Anniversary Gala. Terri says, “It was nice to dress up again. My husband needed a new tux, due to 57-pound weight loss. Looking dapper!” Photo: Cliff Roles

The sparkle in Karen McKeivier’s eyes in this photo reflects that she is “over the moon, grateful, wildly blessed, and in love with the most creative, imaginative, and adventurous human!” When she and her fiancé visited Park City, Utah, in March, “My prince hired a horse-drawn sleigh and we rode up the mountain to a Yurt that was staffed by a chef and his staff that prepared the most amazing meal I have ever experienced.” After hot mulled cider and a spectacular 5-course meal, they descended the mountain by sleigh with panoramic views of white-capped mountains as the backdrop. “It was, perhaps, the most incredibly romantic and spectacularly visual experience of my entire life. As of November 19, 2021, I will become Mrs. Ronald Micheal Croce.  It’s been a wild ride and I’m looking forward to the next adventure with him!”

Clay Custer, Karen Pharo, Eric and Michelle Albala, Eryn Smith, and Brad Smith enjoyed a murder mystery dinner at Pineapple Kitchen.

Fabiola Bazan, Karen Pharo, Shilpa Chaddha, Jessica Plourde, and Simi Ranajee enjoyed Ladies’ Night at the new Cooper’s Hawk.

Michelle Zmick and Linda Gifford were on their way to dinner at The Westin with their husbands, Dan and Bruce, when they both showed up wearing the same dress. The friends met over three years ago, often go shopping together, and sometimes end up buying the same things. “We have a very active, fun group of people living at the Vue!” says Linda.

Jennifer Masters, Lisa Budslick, and Karen DeFelice were all smiles at The Junior League of Sarasota event, “Bright Nights,” at Mote Aquarium.

Carla Bright and Devin were walking from the Westin rooftop to Element for dinner when they met a street vendor’s parrots.
