Save the dates for Conservation Foundation’s Party in Paradise and Feast Upon the Fields
June 4, 2024 | Osprey
Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast announces the dates for two upcoming fundraising events – Party in Paradise and Feast Upon the Fields. Party in Paradise – the innovative new event that replaced the organization’s annual Palm Ball gala this past February– will return on Saturday, November 9, 2024. Feast Upon the Fields – Conservation Foundation’s celebrated luncheon on conserved land – will take place on Sunday, February 23, 2025.
“We are excited to announce the dates for these two very special fundraisers,” comments Sam Valentin, Conservation Foundation’s director of marketing and events. “We shifted the timing of the dates, and we look forward to providing the same high-quality experiences our community expects from our events. We delight in providing mission-based opportunities to connect more people to nature and increase understanding of the importance and urgency of our work. Through special events such as these, we bring more people into our conservation community, raise much-needed funds to save land, and ultimately quicken the pace of land conservation here in Southwest Florida.”
Conservation Foundation will continue to host Party in Paradise at their Bay Preserve Headquarters in Osprey. The event begins at 6:00 pm and features traditional elements like dinner and dancing, along with unexpected and immersive experiences to captivate and engage guests in the not-for-profit land trust’s mission to protect land and water for the benefit of people and nature. This year’s event promises to envelop guests in the mysteries and wonder of nature after dark.
Feast Upon the Fields – a sellout event each year – features a locally sourced farm-to-table luncheon inspired by the location and carefully curated by Chef Paul Mattison. Taking place at a different location each year, this unique event connects guests with the special places their philanthropy helps to protect. The location for the February 23 Feast Upon the Fields is yet to be announced, but if past locations are any indication, it will surely be a spectacular afternoon on a stunning piece of conserved land.
