Sarasota Attorney to Present at 5th Annual Insurance in the Construction Industry Seminar

David E. Gurley, Esq., the principal shareholder of Gurley & Associates, will serve as a presenter for the 5^th Annual Insurance in the Construction Industry Seminar in Miami. The event is organized by The Seminar Group and will take place August 5^th and 6^th.

Gurley’s presentation will focus on the use of construction contract bonds, with topics including the difference between surety products and insurance products, performance bond coverage v. comprehensive general liability coverage, performance bond coverage v. SDI insurance and proration of liability issues between insurance products covering construction defects.
