Nautilus Homes Welcomes Vice President of Client Experience

In his quest to deliver luxury customer experience foreign to the traditional building industry, Ryan Perrone, the owner and founder of Nautilus Homes, recently welcomed Rick Mountjoy as the firm’s vice president of client experience. Mountjoy will work with the entire Nautilus team to ensure they deliver exceptional customer relationships.

Mountjoy brings decades of expertise in the building trade to his new position. As a young boy, he helped with his father’s building company. As a young man, he launched his own business, and then went on to join a Fortune 500 homebuilder in the Maryland/Virginia area. “My background covers the spectrum of the building industry,” he says. “I’ve managed my own small business—and I’ve worked for a company with hundreds of employees. That comprehensive experience can only add value to Nautilus Homes from a systems and growth perspective.”
