Making An Impact Welcomes New Board Member at Large

Making An Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to community navigation to basic needs services, is thrilled to announce Deborah Croce’s appointment as a new Board Member at large. Deborah will serve a two-year term and will bring her extensive experience and expertise in human resources and organizational transformation to our board.

Deborah Croce, currently Director of Human Resources at Easterseals of Southwest Florida, is an accomplished Executive Human Resources (HR) Leader who focuses on transforming organizational culture and driving scalable business growth. Her professional journey is marked by significant leadership roles in the hospitality industry and renowned nonprofit organizations. She has received numerous honors and awards throughout her career for her exceptional contributions to human resources and organizational leadership.

In addition to her executive roles, Deborah has contributed to the academic community as a guest lecturer at several universities and has held numerous Board of Director positions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York, The College at Brockport (SUNY Brockport).
