For nine years, Massachusetts native Linda Ware served as Director of Sales and Marketing at the Sarasota Bay Club. “It was a fabulous experience,” she says about working at the luxury independent living community located on the water in downtown Sarasota. In 2018, Linda got her real estate license and has been doing real estate part time from Punta Gorda to Sarasota. 

Ware is ready to embark on a career as a full-time realtor with Exit King Realty. Her life’s purpose is to teach, inspire, and encourage people of all ages to live abundant and joyful lives. Helping others find their dream home is a way to make that happen.

When Ware isn’t working, she’s gardening, swimming, walking, doing Yoga, volunteering at her church, and constantly working on home improvements. In addition, she is a wife, mother and grandmother. All of this leads to a well-rounded approach to life and living in a home that makes people comfortable. These life experiences and her attention to detail make her a real estate agent people are drawn to.

Ware loves real estate. Her clients rave about her guidance, support, and attention to detail. “I answer all their questions and listen—really listen—to what they’re looking for,” she says. “I’m their biggest advocate. I take care of them throughout the entire process, from the minute they start looking until we close on their new dream home or sell their existing home.”
