On a typical weekend, Milan will cater four to seven events serving between 600 and 1000 guests. Customizable cuisines include New American, Tropical, Latin, Southern and the newest trend of Asian Fusion.  The culinary focus is sustainable and locally sourced ingredients cooked on-site in mobile kitchens.
