Key Chorale is pleased to announce two grants from The Exchange, one in the amount of $25,000 to help support their 39th season, and specifically the November Wintertide performance in collaboration with The Sarasota Ballet Studio Company.“We are so excited to receive this generous grant. The Exchange is such an asset to the local arts community, and we are eternally grateful,” says Artistic Director Joseph Caulkins.

The second grant, the Elizabeth Lindsay Arts & Education grant of $15,000 will help Key Chorale continue to grow their educational outreach programs. “Key Chorale and the Education Committee is very appreciative to The Exchange for this generous grant. The grant will enable us to further develop programs for students in our underserved communities and allow them to learn about singing and music through “hands on” musical experiences. Our upcoming collaboration with Desoto Boys and Girls Club will bring joy to the students who participate in this program. This grant will also allow us to continue our partnership with Sarasota County Schools with our annual Tomorrow Voices Today High School Choral Festival,” says Education committee chair, Bob Wennberg.
