Icard Merrill Names New Shareholders

The law firm of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen, and Ginsburg, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorneys Lindsey A. Meshberger, Anthony J. Manganiello, and Stephen D. Rees, Jr., have been named shareholders of the firm. In addition, Attorneys Natalie G. Coldiron and Jordan J. Riccardi were named members.

Meshberger concentrates her practice in the area of marital and family law, representing clients in actions involving dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida and her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law.

Manganiello has a diverse litigation practice with a special emphasis on personal injury, automobile accidents, wrongful death, products liability, and complex civil litigation. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. in environmental science from the University of Florida.

Rees’ law practice focuses on land use, zoning, municipal law, and real estate. He brings many years of experience to his representation of developers, landowners, and others in rezoning cases, obtaining development approvals, and handling the myriad complex issues that arise in the development and use of real estate. He received an undergraduate degree in political science from Bates College, and his J.D. from University of Maine School of Law.

Coldiron represents clients in the areas of real estate law, real property closings, and title insurance. She received a B.S. in legal studies and business administration from University of Central Florida, and a juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.

Riccardi concentrates his practice in the firm’s estate planning and probate division, as well as the corporate law and real estate divisions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Saint Leo University, and his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law.
