Boca Grande and Placida brokerage Hendricks, Harms & Associates announced today plans to transition its business to leading Gulf Coast Brokerage Michael Saunders & Company. Business partners Brett Hendricks and John Harms along with Realtor, Cynthia Bono, will be joining the Michael Saunders & Company Boca Grande office.

John Harms has more than 15 years of real estate and has reached nearly $220 million in career sales volume. He became a partner in Hendricks, Harms & Associates in 2013 after a successful sales career in the Midwest.
