Free Dog Portrait Pop-up the Focus of July St. Armands Family Day
July 23, 2021
St. Armands Circle’s summer program series, “Sol of the Circle,” is scheduled to continue Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a special St. Armands Family Day event dedicated to dogs.
Pet parents and their furry best friends can venture out to St. Armands Circle and stop by a limited-time professional photography pop-up for a free portrait session during the two-hour event. Those attending and getting their photo taken will be able to download their pictures free through an online photo portal.
Attendees and their pups can walk around the Circle and meet their photographer between the S Boulevard of the Presidents in the new pocket park, across from The Met. Temporary outdoor signage will be out to help visitors find their way.
Aside from the pup portraits, there will be opportunities for dog lovers to connect, provide space for the pups to play, and to enjoy the lush tropical landscape of St. Armands Circle. Leashes will be required at all times for participating pets.
St. Armands Family Day is designed to create fun, family-friendly activities and entertainment with unique twists all summer long. The event series is scheduled to be held the last Sunday of each month. Future dates include August 29 and September 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is FREE for the public.
