DutchCrafters, the largest online retailer of Amish furniture and home décor at www.dutchcrafters.com, announced it is accepting applications for its 2020 Heritage Scholarship.
Founded in 2012 by the Sarasota-based company, the scholarship was established as a way to give back to the communities that have supported the company, invest in the education of exceptional youth, and celebrate heritage.
Students currently enrolled in or accepted to a 4-year undergraduate program at college or university in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Two winners selected by an independent committee will each be awarded $500.
Along with a statement of financial need, applicants are asked to submit an essay explaining how their cultural heritage influenced their vocational choice, and how they will use it to bring creative value to their future employer.
All information about the scholarship can be found at https://www.dutchcrafters.com/heritage-scholarship. Applications are due by May 2, 2020.
