DOGPerfect and Southeastern Guide Dogs Team Up for National Guide Dog Month

Sarasota, Florida – September 1, 2020 – To celebrate National Guide Dog Month, DOGPerfect is offering free Perfect Club memberships to all who Sponsor a Puppy for Southeastern Guide Dogs in September. The locally owned pet retail company with stores in Lakewood Ranch, University Park and Sarasota will also help raise funds for Southeastern Guide Dogs through its Round Up for a Cause program. Customers who choose to participate can round up the price of their purchases to the nearest dollar and all proceeds will go to the nonprofit.

The joyful journey begins by sponsoring a puppy for $19 a month. Sponsors can follow along as their puppy grows up to become a beautiful working dog that transforms someone’s life. After 24 months of training, the puppy may graduate as a guide dog for someone with vision loss, a service dog for a veteran with a disability, or a skilled companion dog for a child with significant challenges.

The free Perfect Club membership will be available for anyone who sponsors a puppy in September. Plans normally cost $99 each and can provide more than $500 in savings. Perks are available on a per family basis, so if a family has more than one pet, all pets will be entitled to the benefits. Free membership plans are also available to pet shelter volunteers, foster parents, and pet parents who adopt animals at local shelters throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties.
