About The Concession Residences
The Concession is a private, gated community featuring 236 home sites. Its centerpiece is the nationally-ranked Concession Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course designed in association with Tony Jacklin, and named for the famous putt Nicklaus conceded to his European counterpart in the 1969 Ryder Cup, resulting in the first tie in Ryder Cup history.
Starting at $1 million, home and lots are accented by lakeside vistas, golf course views and wooded preserves. Four separate neighborhoods create distinct residential enclaves: Birkdale includes both one-acre and half-acre lots, highlighted by Jack Nicklaus Cove fronting the golf course; Nicklaus Manor is a private village of 33 half-acre home sites accented by brick-paved streets and classical architecture; Lindrick is comprised of three streets’ housing lots ranging from one to almost two acres, with 50-foot setbacks; Parkstone Estates is a private enclave for one acre plus home sites for high end luxury residences.
Residents are invited to join The Concession Golf Club, with its 7,474-yard tournament-caliber layout winding through over 500 acres of live oaks, magnolias and pines and access to the many amenities offered at the clubhouse.
