Coldwell Banker Realty’s Longboat Key Office Surpasses $1 Billion in Closed Sales

Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida is pleased to announce its Longboat Key office has achieved over $1 billion in closed real estate sales volume, year-to-date. The Longboat Key location, led by managing broker Ellen O’Day, is comprised of more than 100 sales associates serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties. The office exceeded $1 billion in annual gross sales in just nine months.

The office has ranked as the No. 1 real estate office in the region for the past four years, per Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data. It consists of of several top-ranking affiliated sales associates and teams, including Roger Pettingell, The Ackerman Group, The Judy Kepecz-Hays Team, The Abbe Ross Team, Bruce Myer, The Ryan Skrzypkowski Team and The Lynne Koy Group.
