Children First Named as Top Workplace

Children First, Inc. has been recognized as a top employer in the Sarasota-Manatee Top Workplaces competition for the sixth consecutive year.

The award is sponsored by Energage and the Sarasota-Herald Tribune and recognizes those organizations that demonstrate workplace excellence and are known for recruiting and retaining the best and brightest employees. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

With over four thousand employees participating across three award categories, Children First was one of only 30 organizations to be named as a Top Workplace in Sarasota-Manatee.

Additionally, Children First earned national recognition through the 2024 Top Workplaces USA competition, issued by Energage and USA TODAY. This prestigious award celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures.

The agency also received a national Industry Award in the Nonprofit category. Results were measured against the industry’s most comprehensive benchmarks, built upon 18 years of culture research spanning millions of employees and thousands of organizations nationwide.
