Art 4 Change, a nonprofit organization that uses art, information, advocacy, and service to create positive social change, seeks Florida artists to submit work for it’s 2022 Group exhibit titled “Reflection”.
“REFLECTION” exhibits work that represents culture, community, and positive social change and features local artists from Sarasota and Manatee County. Art 4 Change Founder Clifford McDonald says, “our reflection allows us to see ourselves, but reflection allows us to understand ourselves and the world around us”.
The transformative power of art is undeniable. It can heal, spread hope, inspire, and enlighten. Art can connect individuals, communities, and the world. It has the capacity to shape how we view our world and what our purpose should be.
Art 4 Change encourages students, professionals, and emerging artists to submit and use their artistic talents to create the change they wish to see in the world.
The exhibits will be at Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center and will open on November 12, 2022.
