All Star Children’s Foundation is pleased to announce it recently received a $9,600 grant from the Community Foundation of Sarasota County to support a one-time professional service fee for the migration and training necessary to implement a new customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

According to Stephen Fancher, All Star’s chief advancement officer, the new CRM system will significantly enhance the nonprofit’s ability to manage donor relationships, streamline operations, improve foster care parent recruitment and enhance overall efficiency in its mission to provide trauma-informed care for children in foster care.

“Effective donor management is essential for the long-term success and growth of a nonprofit organization,” says Fancher. “”This grant will allow us to upgrade our systems and ensure that our staff is fully trained, ultimately helping us better serve the children and families who rely on our services.” He explains that it also enhances trust,

transparency and accountability by keeping donors engaged and informed about the impact of their contributions.

“The Community Foundation is dedicated to making impactful investments in the community, and this generous grant exemplifies their commitment to supporting organizations that work tirelessly to improve the lives of vulnerable populations.”
