All Faiths Food Bank Receives Grant in Support of School Pantries

All Faiths Food Bank has received a $30,000 grant from the Community Foundation of Sarasota from the Verena and Peter Gowa Fund, Bill and Karen Merrill Fund, and Hubert and Ruth DeLynn Fund in support of School Pantries for families at Emma E. Booker, Tuttle and Alta Vista Elementary Schools. School Pantries provide children and families in need with fresh produce, meats and groceries.


All Faiths Food Bank is the only food bank and largest hunger relief organization in Sarasota and DeSoto counties. Rated 4-stars by Charity Navigator and a member of Feeding America, we provide millions of meals each year through robust programs and partnerships with charitable organizations in the community.
