CareerEdge Funders Collaborative is excited to announce that Sarasota Memorial Health Care System has been awarded $40,000 to support workforce upskilling initiatives. This grant will enable Sarasota Memorial Health Care System to enhance the skills of their employees through targeted training and professional development programs, further strengthening the workforce in the health care field.
The funding provided by CareerEdge aligns with the organization’s mission to close skill gaps and improve career opportunities for local workers. Through this grant, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System will offer additional training, which is expected to benefit many of their employees, boosting their qualifications and enabling them to advance within the company.
