The new season of the monthly Fogartyville Songwriter Series kicks off Monday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. with host Carmela Pedicini of Passerine and featuring Kelly Goddard of The New 76ers and Carrie Hamby of The Mayhaws.
Musicians and music fans are invited to gather to hear the trio of songwriters playing in-the-round in between sharing stories and describing their process.
Tickets are $8 for members of WSLR+Fogartyville, $10 for not-yet-members and $5 for students (13+).
The series, which takes place the first Monday of the month through May, is generously supported by the Watts Family Endowment for Arts & Education.
Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center is located at 525 Kumquat Court. Audiences should enter the performance space from the alleyway.
