Forty Carrots Awarded 3 Top Workplace Recognitions
August 16, 2024 | Sarasota
For a second year in a row, Forty Carrots Family Center has been awarded the Top Workplaces 2024 honor by The Sarasota-Manatee Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization. Out of 801 local businesses that participated in the process, only the top 30 businesses were identified as a Sarasota/Manatee Top Workplace. Forty Carrots Family Center ranked #3 in the small business category, any business with less than 125 employees. Additionally, Forty Carrots received the Top Workplaces award for Social Responsibility, which came with a gift of $1,000 generously sponsored by Atlantic TNG, LLC. Forty Carrots was also awarded the “Doers” Specialty Award, which is a company that operates efficiently and well.
Forty Carrots was featured in the Top Workplaces magazine. Winners were honored at a celebration event on August 7th at The Grove – Ballroom in Lakewood Ranch. The event was hosted by LocaliQ, Energage, USA Today and the Sarasota Herald Tribune.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“While there are many things that make Forty Carrots an amazing place to work, it is the culture among our staff, the meaningfulness of our mission, and our ability to work together and support one another that truly makes Forty Carrots special,” said Matthew Rogers, Human Resources Manager.
Forty Carrots is committed to strengthening families in our community and envisions a future where all children are raised in homes where they are loved, nurtured, and protected.
