Young Life Sarasota has been awarded a $10,000 grant to assist in its local operational expenses from a donor of the Manatee Community Foundation.
Young Life is a Christian ministry that reaches out to middle school, high school and college students in all 50 of the United States and in more than 100 countries around the world.
“We are so grateful for this generous donor’s vital support for Young Life Sarasota,” said Young Life Sarasota Area Director Steve Siebrandt. “This grant will enable us to serve more adolescents and young adults in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, strengthening and building bonds of faith that are so important in the early years of a young person’s life.”
Young Life Sarasota is always seeking volunteer leaders and Board members to help reach more kids. To learn how you can contribute or become involved, send an email YoungLifeSRQ@gmail.com
