For Stephanie and Tiffany Toale, helping other families is a family tradition of their own dating back to 1948, when their grandfather and great uncle purchased Toale Brothers Funeral Home. Now, nearly a century and three generations later, Funeral Directors Stephanie and Tiffany are continuing their family legacy and pursuing their passion for serving others.

Level-headed and empathetic, Stephanie’s personal strengths are a natural fit for her work. “I love meeting people and getting to learn about their loved ones, their history, and their culture,” Stephanie says. “Seeing the strength and love that families and friends bring to one another is a beautiful part of my job.” 

For Tiffany, “being a source of support and helping people by giving them the knowledge to choose the service they want is incredibly rewarding.” Her easy-going nature combined with her motivation and creativity allow her to turn families’ wishes into reality.

Though Stephanie and Tiffany wear many hats, their greatest focus is on providing a personalized experience for the families they support. Joined by a trusted team with decades of experience, they work directly with families to be helpful, informative, and supportive. This also involves educating the community about Toale Brothers’ Pre-Need Program, which allows individuals to pre-plan arrangements for a loved one or themselves. “We believe in offering this program because we have seen its impact firsthand. Planning in advance is a meaningful way to provide families with support down the road.” 

As they look to the future, Stephanie and Tiffany plan to make families’ experiences easier by integrating technology in new areas of their business, while continuing to honor Toale Brothers’ long tradition of personal connection and support.
