Couture Real Estate Expands Its Agent Profile

Local boutique real estate agency Couture Real Estate has added four new Realtors in the 3rd quarter of 2020. The brokerage has gone from three agents to 10 since opening in 2019 by Broker/Owner Allison Werner.

Bold and experienced agent Beth Helvey joined the team in late July this year. The longtime Sarasota resident brings more than a decade of real estate experience to the table for her clients. A graduate of Sarasota’s own Cardinal Mooney High, Helvey holds her BA in English Literature, and still enjoys a good book (preferably on the beach!) when she is not helping clients buy and sell in the greater Sarasota area.

Cindy Repenning moved to Florida from Ohio in 2015 and since obtaining her real estate license in 2017, her new favorite pastime is helping people transition to their new Florida lifestyle! Prior to her career in real estate, Repenning was a Children’s Director at a local church and a real estate assistant. 

The dynamic team of Igor Barmash and Samantha Kotlik joined Couture in September. The duo works together to bring their clients a top-notch experience. With Barmash originally from the former USSR and Kotlik hailing from the UK, this team brings international awareness and years of experience in real estate and home staging to their customers. Barmash is a graduate of Tufts University and Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and Kotlik spent 10 years as a recruitment consultant in Australia prior to her career in real estate.
