High school juniors and seniors who want experience college life first-hand can attend USF Sarasota-Manatee’s Class and Career Days on Nov. 5 and Nov. 7.
Class and Career Days allow prospective students to attend a college lecture with USF Sarasota-Manatee students and faculty to learn about life on a University of South Florida campus.
Students will tour USF Sarasota-Manatee, interact with faculty and admissions advisors and learn about USFSM’s more than 40 degree programs. Find out also how to receive a quality education at an affordable cost close to home.
Visitors to Class and Career Days have four different classroom options to choose from:
Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., attend a psychology or an English class.
Thursday, Nov. 7, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., attend a business or hospitality class.
“The nice thing about this event is that it is organic,” said Brandon Avery, associate director of admissions at USFSM. “Students attend a real class, interact with everyday students and truly experience life as a Bull.”
